It pulls on like a sock, and has 4 vertical tunnels of lead-free steel shot that are located on the front (shin) side of the leg to allow for maximum flexibility and mobility. It can also be used for various gross motor and strengthening exercises. Size is determined by the circumference of the thickest part of the calf. See sizing chart to find the correct size. Materials/Construction: The LW is constructed of durable stretch jersey fabric, lead-free steel shot, and uses heavy duty stitching for added strength and durability. Instructions: The LW is worn on the lower leg and slides on like a sock. The weight can be worn on either leg. Colors/Size/Packaging: It is available in dark navy blue. The LW is available in 3 sizes which are determined by measuring the circumference of the thickest part of the calf. See sizing chart below. Use and Care: Hand washing or wiping with a warm damp cloth and blow-drying is recommended. This product contains lead-free steel shot. To ensure the safety of the user, adequate supervision is recommended.
