Features of the product1.1 Wide working voltage of AC 160-277V, and working frequency of 20-100Hz, theengine still be charged at the low speed of rotation (users can directly replace the charger).1.2 It can work in a wide temperature between -40 C and +50 C, and can be used in a98%RH wet condition without congealing<;12V, 24V battery group24V), charge engine will work at thehighest speed with a constant current. When the voltage of storage battery is full, (12V battery group > 12V.24V battery group >24V) charge current will be automatically limited. It will turn to float charging within about 0.1-0.2A(Relevant to the amount of electricity the objective equipment consumed) when the voltagereaches the set value. (13.8 V in the state of 12V, and 27.6 in 24V),1.6 Stop charging. When the voltage of battery reaches the full value, (14 V in the state of12V, and 28V in 24V) charging will be shut completely.1.7 Over current and protection against for short circuit. Charging engine functions in overcurrent and protection against for short circuit. When the capacity of battery is big, (innerresistance is small) bearing short circuit or charge engine is close to normal electricity and the storage battery starts diesel engine at the same time, the output current will still be constant andnot be destroyed. Thus, when the storage battery used as the starting battery, charging enginecannot be shut.1.8 Soft start. Because the system adopts the soft start function, it will not produce sparkfor electrical impulse. Besides, when the engine is connected online, it will not interrupt theelectricity system.2. Instruction for Usage2.1 Battery charge is specially designed for storage battery. Its output contains the elementof positive impulse as for the charge, but not suitable for electricity supplier for electricalequipments, or it will interrupt the electrical equipments. But it will be different when chargingin storage battery.2.2 Connecting lines. L is the fire line of 220V. N is the zero line of 220V. L is the groundline. + is the positive pole, and- is the negative pole.Ground end should be connected well!2.3 If user have no precautions against earthquakes, do not directly install on diesel group.2.4 Although the charge is dealt with damp-proofing, it should be cautious that water orother liquid should not be adhered to it. Besides, ventilation and keeping far away from thermalradiation should be kept alarm in installation in order to prevent the damage for high temperatureThere is a light emitting diode (LED) on the face board. When it appears different colors, it shows the different working conditions. Red - constant and fast charging. It means the chargingcurrent is the maximum value of current. (The output LED is red also). Orange (red and green) isthe phase of current charging. Charging current is less. If it is redder, current is larger; if it isgreener, the situation will be the reverse.
